For Greeks, food is a shared pleasure whether it’s two people or twenty. It’s the intimacy of sharing that’s an open invitation to discuss the really important issue of life such as, more wine?. Apollonia is not your usual Greek restaurant. No blue and white pina, no Zorba music, it’s not big and noisy and most of all it has much better Greek food than many a restaurant in Greece. The ambiance is a collection of gentle, soft pastel colors inside with simple wooden chairs, patterned oilcloth tabletops, a well worn old wooden plank floor and a collection of small art on the walls.
